Powered Roller Conveyors family

Chain-driven roller conveyors for indexed transfer, curves and machine-side loading.

Engineering selection

Single-sprocket or dual-sprocket drive — what decides?
Single sprocket fits short bridges and medium stacks with lower CAPEX. Dual sprocket is preferred for longer bays, higher stack mass or three-shift duty where torsional vibration and chain wear must stay controlled. Heavy-duty frames further raise tube OD, axle and chain class.
Which inputs size motor, chain and roller class?
Max stack mass, start/stop acceleration, line speed, duty cycle (starts per hour), grade if any, and ambient dust/temperature. We then verify chain safety factor and thermal capacity against your takt window.
90° curve versus in-lane rotate — which redirect?
Use a tapered/differential curve when flow should stay continuous and floor allows the sector footprint. Use an in-lane rotator when space is tight or long/short-edge heading must change without a large arc — often after a centering unit.
