In-lane rotating powered roller conveyor

Applications

1. In-lane rotation to change long/short edge heading.
2. For edgebander long/short switch and pre-drill orientation.
3. After rotate, powered rollers resume takt feed.
4. Saves floor vs curves but needs better center location.
5. Can series with a centering unit—center then rotate.
6. High-takt lines must check if rotate time is the bottleneck.

Construction & process

1. Fast switch between turntable and rollers with controlled gap.
2. Servo/VFD positioning for repeatable angles.
3. Optional center clamp against spin-out.
4. Deck capacity designed for max eccentric load.
5. Full guarding with interlocks on the rotate zone.
6. Encoder feedback joins line diagnostics.
