3. Section and roller diameter are substantially above standard sprocket units.
4. High start/stop shock—tune with VFD and brakes together.
5. Embeds or chemical anchors sized for dynamic load.
6. Do not share spare pools with light gravity segments.

Construction & process

1. Thicker beams and denser cross-bracing limit deflection.
2. Large-pitch heavy rollers with upgraded bearings.
3. Local doubler plates at drive hangers.
4. Weld class and NDT per project agreement.
5. Guarding heightened for falling-load risk.
6. Nameplate states max stack and eccentric limits.
