Panel Furniture

Gravity and powered rollers, roller-deck lifts, and host linking (return, centering, traverse) sized to TOR, pitch and takt between process islands.

We deliver the material-flow layer between CNC hosts: layout alignment first (TOR, roller pitch/OD, side-guide clear width, stack mass, I/O map), then interchangeable roller frames, lifts and linking modules.

Project scope is sized from your host interfaces and takt.

Typical segments

  1. 01

    Nesting / cutting out-feed & stack buffer

  2. 02

    Edgebanding & drilling in-feed / out-feed / return

  3. 03

    Assembly staging & elevation change

  4. 04

Lane change, traverse and packing hand-off

Duty constraints

  • Mixed panel lengths / widths on one geometry; shortest piece must still sit on ≥3 rollers under eccentric load
  • TOR and pitch must match edgebander / drill in-feed and out-feed without drop steps
  • Host permit/busy and safety ownership must be frozen before linking design

What we configure

  • Gravity buffers between islands; powered zones where indexed release or host takt is required
  • Roller-deck lifts for elevation change while keeping deck continuity
  • Auto-line modules: linking rollers, centering, flip, traverse, corner — L/R-hand sets for edgebander return
