Rear-infeed powered roller conveyor

Applications

1. Rear opening load, then powered feed forward into the process lane.
2. Fits symmetric layouts where ship-out geometry is reused as in-feed.
3. Vs side load, truck approach is colinear with flow—stricter collision control.
4. Rear stop and confirm sensors prevent start before settle.
5. Used for rear re-entry of finished packs before warehouse.
6. Same interface geometry can later accept AGVs on unmanned shifts.

Construction & process

1. Removable rear beam allows deeper fork entry.
2. First roller group densified for load-in support.
3. Bumpers cover the truck approach face.
4. Drive placed forward, away from impact zone.
5. Optional telescopic rollers close fork gaps.
6. Operator boxes on both sides.
