Linking rollers, centering, panel turners, transfers, corner units and rail carts for host-machine automation.

Line automation · SY-AL-GT
Gantry loader
- Gantry beam travels between the stack and the host station.
- Vertical mast with a following cable chain.

Host-dock roller · SY-AL-PR
Host-dock powered roller conveyor
- Fine height adjust matches host deck.
- Low-noise drive preferred on operator side.

Host-dock roller · SY-AL-PR-TL
Tilting-deck docking roller conveyor
- Dual lock pins on incline.
- Hinge bearings maintenance-free or long-lube.

Host-dock roller · SY-AL-PR-EX
Telescopic docking roller conveyor
- Telescopic rails are dust-guarded.
- Belt or screw chosen by load.

Host-dock roller · SY-AL-PR-NT
Clearance-notch docking roller conveyor
- Radiused notch edges cut stress concentration.
- Local rollers removable for jam clearing.

Host-dock roller · SY-AL-PR-RT
Rotating docking roller conveyor
- Fast switch between rotate mechanism and linking rollers.
- Position accuracy meets edgebander edge presentation.

Centering conveyor · SY-AL-CT
Powered centering roller conveyor
- Mirrored actuators sync to avoid skewed push.
- Soft wear faces are replaceable.

Lift-and-shift · SY-AL-TR-1
One-way lift-and-shift transfer
- Sync shaft keeps deck level while lifting.
- Adjustable traverse end cushioning.

Lift-and-shift · SY-AL-TR-2
Two-way lift-and-shift transfer
- Symmetric two-way stroke design.
- Complete lift/traverse interlocks.

Panel turning · SY-AL-FPW
Rotary-arm panel turner
- Arm dynamic balance reduces vibration.
- Clamp force adjustable by zone.

Panel turning · SY-AL-FPI
In-station clamp panel turner
- Replaceable soft pads on clamp arms.
- Flip cylinder/motor with cushioning.

Panel turning · SY-AL-FPV
Vacuum-cup panel turner
- Redundant vacuum generators or reservoir backup.
- Quick-fit cups for instant swap.

Right-angle corner · SY-AL-CN
Tapered-roller right-angle corner conveyor
- Taper and pitch optimized to width range.
- Dense pitch supports short panels.

Push feeding · SY-AL-PB
Panel push feeder
- Servo/cylinder fine control of pusher height.
- Dust scrapers on rails.

Mirrored linking · SY-AL-LR-01
Mirrored left/right linking configuration
- Mirrored L/R structures share symmetric spares.
- Central control schedules both hands.
Engineering selection
- What host data are mandatory before linking design?
- Infeed/outfeed TOR height and throat depth, panel flow and long-edge heading, permit/busy I/O map, e-stop/safety circuit ownership, and door or tooling envelopes that may need notched or telescopic docks. Brand protocol for handshake should be frozen in the layout phase.
- Traverse, corner unit or turntable — how to choose a redirect?
- Lift-and-shift transfer for 90° lane change between parallel powered/gravity lines with discrete takt. Tapered-roller corners for continuous single-panel flow. Turntable/rotating docks when heading must change in place with a smaller footprint than a large curve.
- How is host–line interlocking typically implemented?
- Photo/occupancy and “at position” signals exchange with the host or line PLC; release is inhibited until both sides are ready. Safety (e-stop, guards, light curtains) follows a single ownership matrix so dual reset paths are avoided.
