Gantry loader

Applications

1. Loads and unloads hosts such as saws, edgebanders and drilling cells.
2. Picks one panel from a stack and places it on rollers or the host infeed.
3. Replaces manual handling so the host stays on takt.
4. Span and lift are set to the stack and the host clearance.

Construction & process

1. Gantry beam travels between the stack and the host station.
2. Vertical mast with a following cable chain.
3. End effector sized to the panel.
4. Beam height and stroke set to stack height and the host infeed.
