Rotating-deck lift

Applications

1. Combines elevation change with in-plane rotation to save a separate turntable footprint.
2. For compact layouts needing both right-angle redirect and height change.
3. Typical 90°/180° rotation is locked in the layout phase.
4. Rotate and lift run sequentially to avoid uncontrolled compound motion.
5. Fits return nodes that must raise and reverse heading.
6. Supply max panel diagonal to check rotation envelope vs columns.

Construction & process

1. Slew bearing and roller deck are coplanar so rotation adds no step.
2. Rotate drive includes mechanical lock for repeatable stops.
3. Cable rewind is sized with angle redundancy.
4. Deck may be gravity or powered based on forced in/out need.
5. Guarding covers rotation radius with door interlocks.
6. Journal seats are stiffened for eccentric stacks.
