Roller Hydraulic Lift
Gravity roller-deck lift
Roller Hydraulic Lift · Model SY-LF-RG

Applications
- Gravity roller deck: after lift, panels still move by push or grade.
- Use where elevation changes but the lane should stay passive.
- Pairs with gravity buffers as an integrated lift+staging node.
- Not for host doors needing forced in/out takt—choose powered decks instead.
- Common between packing and mezzanine/platform levels.
- Define max eccentric load positions to keep deck tilt within limits.
Construction & process
- Deck rollers and side channels follow the gravity-line geometry standard.
- Lift mechanism is isolated from roller journals to limit vibration transfer.
- Mechanical plus electrical travel limits provide dual stroke protection.
- Perimeter gap guards can upgrade by personnel approach class.
- Hose/cable carriers sized to stroke bend radius.
- Factory full-stroke cycling under rated load before shipment.
