Powered roller-deck lift

Applications

1. Powered deck interlocks with lift: no drive until in position, no lift until stopped.
2. For automatic in/out elevation nodes such as host doors and return lines.
3. Can join line PLC takt as a controlled station, not a manual platform.
4. Suits multi-tier return transitions without forklift vertical moves.
5. Confirm drive direction, sprocket class and accumulation logic together.
6. Dusty cells should raise motor IP and cooling path.

Construction & process

1. Deck drive and lift drive are separate circuits for fault isolation.
2. External tensioning allows adjustment in short stop windows.
3. Roller direction is forced on drawings to prevent field reverse wiring.
4. Brake/VFD settings are tuned jointly for stack weight and grade.
5. Deck covers include inspection windows for noise checks.
6. Electrical cabinet and hydraulic power pack are separated to cut heat coupling.
