Container arrival for conveyor and linking modules
How conveying and linking modules typically arrive by container, and what to prepare before destuffing.
What comes with the packing list
Each package carries a section ID matching the agreed plant layout, plus outer dimensions and gross weight—so warehouse and installation can stage the floor by section.
Hardware and wear parts are bagged by section, not as one mixed lot for the whole line. A missing bolt kit on one island should not block every other zone.
Shipping files can include photo records of packed sections, which speeds up missing-part checks after a long voyage.
What to prepare before the truck arrives
Match forklift or crane capacity to the heaviest package weight on the list, and confirm the plant road can take an overweight container truck to the unloading point.
Reserve staging space by section ID. Destuff and count against the packing list first; installing “whatever came off first” usually creates reverse moves later.
If a heavy frame is short-shipped, clarify it before the installation crew is on site.
What we confirm with you before shipment
Container size for the lot, and whether long frames will be split to fit door opening and inner length.
Heaviest package gross weight, and how center of gravity is marked on each heavy piece.
How package IDs map to the CAD layout sections you already approved.
